Introhive’s platform is built on AWS and is GDPR, E.U – U.S Privacy Shield, PIPEDA and SCO2 compliant. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest (SSL 2048) TRUSTe certified and regular penetration testing is undertaken.

Introhive offers a proprietary, multi source enrichment service consisting of first party, public, and private third party pay walled sources.
How does scoring work? Can manually add activities to the scoring to show if someone is a close friend or colleague?
You can not manually add activities to show if a contact is a close friend or colleague, however:
Introhive’s Relationship Scoring is centered around the interactions between your colleagues and external contacts. We take over 20 data points into our AI that tells you who knows who and how well. These can be categorized into the recency, quantity, cadence and intimacy of interactions with some added color on the importance of the contact.
Who needs a license?
You can not manually add activities to show if a contact is a close friend or colleague, however:
We recommend any client/customer facing individual to have a license. The more licenses you have, the more contacts and relationships we will be able to discover and enrich for you.
