CRMUG – The Pyschology of Adoption: What’s in it For Me

Monday, February 12, 2018 – 12:00 PM ET

The Dynamics CRM User Group (CRMUG) is hosting a webinar as part of its User Adoption special interest group (SIG). This virtual event focuses on the psychology of user adoption for CRM systems. Join CRM MVP Rick McCutcheon,  digital transformation expert Tabetha Sheaver, and Dan Madden – CRM Specialist at SEI – as they discuss factors that lead to the poor adoption of CRM and how to get users using the system.

Explore the psychology behind user adoption and what motivates people to change. We will do an exercise to pro-actively help you determine the next steps your organizations must take so the users answer the question “What’s in it for me?” in a way that inspires change. You will also get to define for yourself as a leader “What is in it for you?” This will allow you to push through even the most difficult aspects of the change management process.

Join Introhive’s Director of Sales Operations, Adam Stewart and VP of Sales, Adam Draper as they share their insights on how your organization can increase user adoption of CRM, improve the quality of data in your system, and increase revenues by providing the right information – when and where people need it.
