Introhive Draws New Sales Talent from Tech Sector

Relationship intelligence leader expands regional, vertical focus with strategic hires

Fredericton, New Brunswick, Feb. 28, 2019 — Introhive, the market leader in relationship intelligence and sales automation technology, welcomed seasoned sales experts Ted Hartley and Christian Grandy to its North American sales team this month as the startup continues to expand its focus on the technology and financial services sector, as well as the U.S. Midwest region.

“As we continue to grow rapidly into new areas and industries, such as the tech sector, having experts like Ted and Christian, with their on-the-ground experience, is going to be invaluable,” said Introhive’s Head of North American Sales, Adam Draper.

Hartley joins the Introhive team as Senior Sales Director, bringing with him nearly two decades of enterprise sales experience with Fortune 500 companies and clients like software disruptor, Salesforce, as well as professional services and accounting firms, like KPMG and Deloitte.

Sales Director Christian Grandy offers the fast-growing startup more than 15 years of strategic sales experience with SAP, Brainshark, WebEx and others.

Hartley will focus on strategic global and named accounts, while Grandy will concentrate on the U.S. Midwest region.

Draper describes Introhive as a business-automation and artificial intelligence tool that gives its more than 140,000 global users a “bird’s eye view” of all their business-relationship data while automating previously manual data entry into customer relationships management (CRM) systems.

“It’s paramount to the success of any business that you have a solid understanding of your relationships network and access to company insights, which Introhive delivers,” Grandy said.

“And our automation of manual processes—like syncing contacts and activities—really empowers the digital transformation a lot of today’s innovative companies are undertaking as they modernize their sales approach,” Hartley added.

Headquartered in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, and founded in 2012, the startup has grown quickly to eight global offices, including a flagship office in London to support Introhive’s expansion into EMEA, and more than 150 employees across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. The company recently announced an expansion in the middle east with long-time partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
