Introhive named one of the Best Workplaces™ for Women

Introhive, the world’s fastest-growing sales enablement management technology platform, today announces its inclusion in the 2021 Best Workplaces™ for Women list.

To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work- Certified™ in the past year, headquartered in Canada and have a minimum of 15 female employees, and at least 90% of employees must agree that people are treated fairly, regardless of their gender. We determined the BEST based on the overall Trust Index score from female employees.

“Creating a culture where women are empowered and supported is incredibly important to me personally and professionally,” explains Trish Rueda, Introhive’s Director of Human Resources. “As an organization, we are deeply committed to diversity, inclusion, and equity for all employees and I believe it is our responsibility, especially as a tech company, to ensure that women feel valued and are given the tools and support they need to thrive.”

The company was included in the Best Workplaces™ for Start-Ups in January 2021, won the 2020 MarTech Breakthrough CRM Software Innovation award, and was recognized by the Deloitte Technology Fast 50™ (Canada, 2019 and 2020) and Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ (North America, 2020) awards.

Discussion Panel

In early March 2021, Introhive hosted a panel discussion celebrating women in leadership as part of its celebration of International Women’s Day. This panel can be viewed on-demand at any time. To further support women in sales and business, Introhive is a proud sponsor of Women in Sales Everywhere (WISE) and continues its commitment to diverse and equitable hiring practices.
