Ben Roles, Head of Technical Solutions (EMEA) | IntrohiveBen has a background in CRM solution design and implementation having worked for 12 years with CRM technologies.  With architecture and solution delivery experience for the Ministry of Defence, Capita, the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and more recently Barclays Investment Bank, Ben understands the challenges of adoption and implementation both from technical architecture and business process change perspectives.  Today he drives technical strategy at Introhive, working with organisations to maximise the benefits delivered from contact, company and relationship insights.
