2015 has been an exciting year for us here at Introhive as we’ve seen tremendous growth in our product, in our customer base, and in our partner-base. As we continue to scale towards an even better 2016 we are pleased to announce the hiring of Sue Demmer who joins us from Microsoft and brings with her a tremendous amount of CRM experience having worked for Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle and SAP. Below are a couple words from Sue on why she is so excited to be joining the Introhive team:
I have been selling and positioning the value of CRM systems for over 15 years. I’ve worked for all the major vendors including Microsoft, Oracle and Salesforce.com.
I’ve seen too many of my clients struggle with getting to full CRM success because they can’t get their employees to use it, or they get “minimal” user adoption and less value then they had hoped for.
A CRM tool alone is like a car without a GPS. Actually, I take that back – it’s like a car with watered down fuel. When I first met the team at Introhive I was blown away that something so simple could hit the nail on the head. If you think of Enterprise Customers and all their many employees and relationships across locations and offices, imagine being able to match that interaction activity with Revenue, Pipeline, and Relationship strength?
Introhive will change the game. I am extremely excited to be a part of this amazing team. So much energy is invested in weekly forecast calls, evaluation plans or after-the-fact win/loss reviews when the reality is there is one metric more insightful than any of those: Relationship Strength. Introhive is the fuel for CRM and I can’t wait to drive it!
