Introhive: From a Simple Concept to a Fastest-Growing Company

In 2012, when Stewart and I came together to create Introhive, we had a simple goal: clean up CRM data through automation. We’d seen it ourselves time and time again as we waded through inaccurate and incomplete data in the CRMs of our past lives. We knew we could create a better way. And so we did. 

From there, we evolved to apply artificial intelligence (AI) to our solutions to go beyond just automation to provide data enrichment and derive insights that could push our customers’ business forward. We focused heavily on our product development, bringing in the brightest talent and opening ourselves up to feedback so we could do more, do it better, and grow faster. Our platform now enables the creation of better business relationships through our AI-powered insights, machine learning, and data enrichment. 

Today, I’m thrilled to announce that we have been listed 19th on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50™ Awards program winners’ list, and 128th on the North American Technology Fast 500™ Awards program list with our revenue growth of 938% over the past three years.

In eight short years, Introhive has grown beyond what we first thought we could be. We have more than 200 employees across 10 global offices and we’re trusted by some of the most recognisable brands in the world to support their growth strategies. As a founder, I’m incredibly proud of this team and our platform. I’m inspired by the tenacity, the ingenuity, and the drive of our teams – from our headquarters in Fredericton to our remote offices in the living rooms and kitchens of homes around the world – not unlike my own! 

I am grateful to the investors, the board members, the team, and – of course – the customers who have trusted us to help them grow their businesses. Being named a Deloitte Technology Fast 50™ company two years in a row is an honour and being listed to the Deloitte North America Fast 500 is the icing on the cake. After a challenging year, to receive these two awards – along with the MarTech Breakthrough CRM Innovation Software aware – is as humbling as it is inspiring. 

But, we’re not done yet. In fact, we’re just getting started.
